Rub for Roast or Steak
You Will Need:
1-3 Tbsp Turbo Spice
Fresh or fully thawed raw meat (roast or steak)
Pan
Directions:
1. If the meat is frozen, allow it to fully thaw in the fridge.
2. Pat the meat with a paper towel or cloth to absorb excess moisture.
3. Steaks coat moderately on one side. Roasts generously coat all sides.
4.Best flavor if left in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours before cooking. (optional)
