You Will Need:12 raw white mushrooms 340g spreadable cream cheese (plain) 1/2 Cup grated cheese 2 Tsp Turbo Spice (or to taste) 1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach 2 Tbsp Olive Oil Directions: 1. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, grated cheese, Turbo Spice, and spinach. 2. Rinse mushrooms and remove stems. Set stems aside. 3. Coat mushroom caps in olive oil. 4. Stuff the cheese mixture in to the empty caps. 5. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until browned. 6. If desired, sauté stems in a pan with butter and Turbo Spice.
